Handling Instructions

The cake is best kept in the fridge if not your tummy. If there is no space in the fridge, you may keep it in an air-conditioned area (at 16-20°C) and keep out of direct sunlight.

DO NOT cut the cake immediately from the fridge - the plastic knife will break! Please let it sit at room temperature (approximately 1 hour before serving) to ensure your cake is soft and moist.
