Bread Pudding Turun Temurun with Qaramella

Favourite Bread Pudding with Qaramella

You need

8 slices of stale bread ( any kind )
Salted Butter
500ml full cream milk *
1/3 cup caster sugar*
3 large eggs*
1 tsp vanilla*
1/2 cup raisins
A bit of cinnamon.

1. Cut bread into 4 ( diagonally) . You'll have 4 triangles from each bread. ( no need to remove crust ) . This is optional. You may choose to tear the bread into pieces.  
2. Spread butter lavishly on one side of the bread and arrange them with butterside up in the casserole.
3. Mix all marked * in a large bowl. Pour 3/4 on to the bread. Poke with fork to allow better absorption. Leave for 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 175 deg celcious , boil some water, and add in the raisins in the remaining 1/4 egg mixture.
5. After 20 minutes, pour the remaining egg mixture and arrange the raisins on the bread pudding as u wish.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top ( optional )
7. Water bake with low water ( hot water boiled earlier ) about 30 minutes.
8. Tadaaa... siap !
9. Serve with Qaramella. 

Tips : 

1. You can also use different kind of bread ie wholemeal bread, butterscotch bread or chocolate bread. 

2. Raisins can also be replaced with other dried fruits.

Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter and Dark Choc are an amazingly divine pair. Add some peanut butter element to your brownies and you'll find yourself in brownies heaven!

The Best Pair for Peanut Butter Brownies

Reese Peanut Butter Cups ( piture from www.hersheys.com)

You need: 
1 box of BBBPremium Belgian Brownies Premix
250 g salted butter
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla 

30 Reese Peanut Butter Cups ( some chopped into halves, some in quarter) 
150g Peanut Butter Spread

This is how we do it : 
1. Mix the brownies as per the instructions. 
2. Pour half the batter into 9x9 inch pan. 
3. Sprinkle the chopped reese chocolate on top. 
4. Pour and spread the remaining brownies mixture on top. 
5. Microwave the peanut butter spread for 25 seconds. 
6. Drizzle the melted peanut butter onto the brownies batter. 
7. Use a skewer to swirl patterns.

8. Bake brownies until center comes out fairly clean ( wet crumbs on skewer)


1. You can also use BBBPremium Dark Choc Brownies Premix for this recipe. However, since Belgian brownies is darker and contains less sugar, we recommend to use Belgian brownies premix for this. 

2. Do not chop the reese chocolate too fine or the peanut butter taste will be quite lost in the brownies. 

3. It takes more time to bake this than normal brownies. Do not worry and just keep on baking until skewer comes out fairly clean.

Rainbow Cake

Rainbow cake is visually fantastic !

This 4 layer rainbow cake is quite easy to make using our BBBPremium Butter Cake Premix and perfectly paired with cream cheese frosting.  It is so much fun to make this and is not too labour intensive as you think, especially when baked using BBBPremium Butter Cake Premix. 
Ok. Lets see the recipe. We will guide your until completion.

Butter Cake Premix

You Need:

1 box BBBPRemium Butter Cake Premix (both packets needed) 

250g Salted Butter

6 Eggs ( A size ) 

6 Tbs Vegetable 

6 Tbs Full Cream Milk 


Colourful sprinkles


1 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 

1-2 drops yellow colour


1 Tablespoon Sunquick Orange

1-2 drops orange colour


1 tsp Strawberry Emulco 


1 tsp Pandan Paste


This is how we do it. 

1. Mix the butter cake ( bothp packets) as per instruction.

2. Split the batter into 4.

3. Add the additional ingredients as suggested above.

4. Pour the batter into 4x8 inch pans.

5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or when the skewer test comes clean.

Meanwhile, lets prepare the cream cheese frosting. 


400g Cream Cheese (softened)

170g Butter (softened )

125g Icing Sugar ( sieve)

1/2 tsp vanilla

Method : 

1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth ( do not overbeat)


( when cakes has cooled down entirely)

1. Take out green cake and place on a wide round plate.

2. Spread cream cheese frosting on the first layer.

3. Repeat the with step red, followed by orange and yellow.

4. over the whole cake with cream cheese frosting.

5. Decorate as you wish.

Tips : 

1. Assemble each layer with bottom cake facing up for a flatter cake. 
2. You can definitely play around with the flavours and colours , however, based on our experience, these flavours work harmoniously together. 
4. Cold cakes are much easier to handle. So we highly recommend you to put the layers in the fridge and work on them once they are quite hard and cold. Remember to wrap them in cling warp to avoid dryness. 
5. Dont have enough pans? Make a 2 layer or 1 big layer of marble rainbow cake. It'll be just as awesome!

Orange Butter Cake

Tangy butter cake is perfect tea time treat! Let's explore how you can take your plain butter cake to another level. 

Only one pack needed.

You Need

1 box BBBPRemium Butter Cake Premix (only 1 packet needed) 
125g Salted Butter
3 Eggs ( A size ) 
3 Tbs Vegetable Oil
3 Tbs Full Cream Milk 
Grated orange rind from 1 Large Orange
Juice from half of an orange
2 Tbs Sunquick orange

This is how we do it

1. Mix the butter cake as per instruction on the box. 
2. Add in Orange Rind, Juice and Sunquick and mix it well. 
3. Pour into 8 inch pan and bake until skewer test comes out clean. 

Topping ( totally optional )

Ganache drips

100g Cooking Chocolate / Dark Chocolate 
60g cream/ milk


1. Double boil chocolate and cream until fully melted.  
2. Let it cool for a few hours for a thicker consistency.  
3. Drizzle onto the cooled baked marble cake. 


Tips :

1. Select orange with gritty skin ( as opposed to smooth) in order to get maximum rind. 

2. Add in some poppyseed to turn it into Orange poppyseed cake.

You Need : 

1 Dark Choc Brownies Premix

1 Bottle of Qaramella

100 grams Dark Choc / Cooking chocolate

60 grams whipping cream

20 grams chopped roasted pecans

20 grams roasted walnuts

This is how we do it: 

1. Bake the brownies as per the instruction on the box and let it cool.

3. Drizzle one section with Qaramella. 

4. Drizzle another section with ganache. 

5. Sprinkle Pecans on Qaramella

6. Sprinkle Walnuts on Ganache



1. You can also choose other bread spread to make the topping such as Peanut Butter of Chocolate Hazelnut Spread. 

2. Leave the Qaramella in room temperature for a while for easy drizzling.

3. Cut of the tip of a ziplock bag and use it as a piping bag.

100g Non Dairy Whipping Cream

This is how we do it

1. Mix and split the batter into 2 7 inch pans, bake and let it cool.  

2. Once cooled, whip the non dairy whipping cream until fluffy and quite stiff.  

3. Remove one layer from the pan and place it on a nice plate.  

4. Spread the first layer with whipped cream.  

5. Then spread jam carefully over the cream.  

6. Top with the the second layer.  

7. Sprinkle some icing sugar ( optional )  

8. Decorate with berries of choice.  

9. Tadaaa !

Tips : 

1. Make a bigger 8 inch cake by using both packets in the box.

2. Try to achieve the dripping jam look for a decadent Victoria Sandwich Cake Presentation.

3. Non Dairy whipping cream is used because it can withstand Malaysian Weather.

Marble Butter Cake

As old as time, but never gets old. Yerp, that's Marble Butter Cake. A hit everytime this is served. To both young and old. 

This amazing dessert is too easy to achieve with our Butter Cake Premix.

This is how you can achieve it.


You Need

1 box BBBPRemium Butter Cake Premix (only 1 packet needed) 

125g Salted Butter

3 Eggs ( A size ) 

3 Tbs Vegetable Oil

3 Tbs Full Cream Milk 

1 Tbs Cocoa Powder


This is how we do it

1. Mix the butter cake as per instruction on the box. 

2. Split the batter into 2 and add in cocoa powder in the one portionand mix.  

3. Fill in the pan with plain and chocolate batter alternately. 

4. Swirl with skewer and bake as per instruction. 

Topping ( totally optional )

Ganache drips

100g Cooking Chocolate / Dark Chocolate 
60g cream/ milk


1. Double boil chocolate and cream until fully melted.  

2. Let it cool for a few hours for a thicker consistency.  

3. Drizzle onto the cooled baked marble cake. 


Tips :

1. Use a bundt pan for the wow factor!

2. Use butter and flour to dust the bundt pan to ensure it doesnt stick to then pan. 

3. Use a bit of chocolate/ black colouring to get a better pattern contrast. 

4. To achieve zebra effect, layer same amount of batter on top of each other. The cake will fill the pan out in the oven. Do not swirl.

Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

We did Red Velvet Cheesecake Oreos brownies after quite a number of our agents attempted doing it and had rave reviews from their family members.

Its a lot simpler in the sense it uses less additional ingredients. The best part is, it only uses half of the box. So you can actually make 2 trays of this delicious Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies using only one box! WIN!

OK, so let's start winning!


1/2 packet BBBPREMIUM Red Velvet Premix

125g melted butter

2 eggs ( A size)

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 Tablespoon vinegar

Cheesecake :

200g cream cheese

1 egg yolk

70g caster sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

4-6 lightly crushed oreos for topping

For Red Velvet Brownies Base 

1. Stir everything together until well mixed. Pour into 9x9 inch pan.

For cheesecake & topping

1. Mix everything together until well mixed. Do not over mix.

2. Spoon sparingly onto the red velvet base.

3. Sprinkle the crushed oreos on top all over the brownies.

4. Swirl with a skewer.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees celcious.

Tips !

1. Oreos is optional. May also use Oreo Crumbs or choc chips.

2. Cut the brownies with plastic knife. For some reason they repel brownies and you'll find nicely cut brownies as a result.
