Please ensure your orders are correct before confirming your orders.
If cake is to be received within a stipulated time, kindly mention this in remark column before checking out. We will endeavour to meet your request. However, this is on the best effort basis as some factors might be out of our control. Please ensure the recipient of the orders is on standby on delivery day.
In the event the recipient is not available or contactable, a re-delivery will imposed accordingly. Customers will be updated via w apps. Cancellation of orders are accepted with 3 working days notice. Refund will be provided in form of store credit. Kindly w apps / email us should you want to use your store credit.
Changes to the orders are not possible if they are less than 24hours. This is because the items has already been prepared based on the orders received. Understandably, some changes are inevitable. We will entertain this on best effort treatment. Kindly update us via w apps with your changes.
In the event that BBB is not available to deliver the order ( although this rarely happens) , we will personally inform the customer via W apps & email. We will either replace the order with a next best flavour with matching value or refund with store credit.
